Terms & Conditions.

Introduction: By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly
subscription fee at the then-current monthly rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring
charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time,
subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Payment Terms: Once you subscribe A4 Marketing Solutions will automatically process your
monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle, A4 Marketing Solutions will continue to
automatically process your monthly subscription fee each month at the then-current monthly
subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your monthly
subscription below at the section ‘Cancellation Policy’. Your monthly payment will be deducted on
the same date every month. This date will be the day that you first signed up to the on-demand
platform.

Change of Circumstances: Please advise us of any changes to your payment details by emailing
lisahillierfitness@gmail.com

Privacy Considerations: Lisa Hillier Fitness and A4 Marketing Solutions are devoted to ensuring that
your privacy is protected. We have a firm policy of protecting the confidentiality and security of
information that we collect from you. We do not share your personal information with any
unaffiliated third parties.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your
account, clicking on the top 3-lines, click on ‘edit profile’ and ‘delete’. By cancelling your monthly
subscription, you will stop any further payments being deducted and you will automatically be
locked out of your on-demand platform. If you need help, feel free to email lisahillierfitness@gmail.com.

Fitness Disclaimer: By subscribing to the on-demand platform you take full responsibility for your
own action. You should consult a doctor before taking part in this or any other exercise programme.
You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise programme, there is the
possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise programme, you agree that
you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to
yourself, and agree to release and discharge Lisa Hillier Fitness and A4 Marketing Solutions from all claims of action, known or unknown, arising out of Lisa Hillier Fitness exercise programmes.

Heath & Safety: Please make sure that you complete the following checks in order to exercise safely:

 

  • A safe, clear space to complete your exercises. Make sure there are no ‘trip hazards’ such as wires, rugs, cables.
  • Ventilate the room with open windows, doors, or a free-standing fan.
  • Stay hydrated by making sure you have plenty of water nearby to drink during and after your exercising.
  • Wear appropriate fitness clothing and trainers. (Fitness Pilates, Seated Fitness Pilates, and GroovX Flow are in socks or bare feet).
  • It is extremely important to choose and complete a warm-up before participating in any of the workouts and always complete a cool-down at the end.

then please contact Lisa Hillier Fitness. Lisa will be more than happy to give you guidance and advice
